These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 99ad ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the website located at https://99ad.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered therein (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing the 99ad platform, creating an account, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

99ad provides an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform. We serve users across Pakistan, including those in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, among other locations. Use of this platform by Pakistani residents is subject to applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 99ad does not represent, warrant or imply that its services are legal, licensed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani regulatory authority.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Registration and use of the 99ad platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age prescribed by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Proof of age will be required during the KYC process.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Users who lack legal capacity — including but not limited to minors — are strictly prohibited from registering.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 99ad. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and throughout the account lifecycle must be truthful, accurate and current. Material misrepresentation constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Personal use only: Accounts must be registered and used exclusively for your own personal entertainment. Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by you, by 99ad or by any external responsible gambling programme — at the time of registration or use.
• Local law compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform does not violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including Pakistani national and provincial law.

To access the full functionality of 99ad, including placing bets and making deposits or withdrawals, you must complete the account registration process. The following terms govern account registration and ongoing account security obligations.

4.1 Registration Process. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred account currency (PKR for Pakistani users). You consent to 99ad processing this information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4.2 Username and Password. You are responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials at all times. You must not disclose your password to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, regardless of whether such activity was authorised.

4.3 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 99ad support immediately. Prompt reporting limits your potential exposure; delayed reporting may affect any claim you make in relation to unauthorised transactions.

4.4 KYC Verification. All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as your CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and satisfactory. KYC is a standard AML compliance requirement and is not discretionary.

4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.

By using the 99ad platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Your use of the Service is personal, non-commercial and non-transferable.

5.1 Permitted Use. You may use the Service to browse available betting markets, place real-money bets, access casino games, manage your account and communicate with support — all strictly for your own personal entertainment.

5.2 Technical Access. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, operating system, browser and internet connection are compatible with the 99ad platform. 99ad does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service at all times, particularly during scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.

5.3 Accuracy of Information. While 99ad makes reasonable efforts to ensure that odds, market information and account balances displayed on the platform are accurate, errors may occur. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, mis-priced markets or technical faults — 99ad reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-bet state, or to offer settlement at the correct odds at its reasonable discretion.

5.4 Service Availability. 99ad may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from service interruption.

6.1 Deposits. Funds may be deposited into your 99ad account using the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. The availability of specific payment channels — including those familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change without notice. The listing of any payment method on this site or in these Terms does not constitute a guarantee of its current availability, nor does it imply that the relevant payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all transactions. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

6.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or as otherwise directed subject to AML requirements. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Processing times are indicative only and may be affected by third-party payment provider timescales.

6.4 Currency. Accounts for Pakistani users are denominated in PKR. Exchange-rate fluctuations do not affect PKR-denominated account balances.

6.5 Own Funds Only. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are legitimately yours and are not derived from criminal activity. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is confirmed only when 99ad issues a bet confirmation reference. Acknowledgement of a bet by the system does not constitute final acceptance if the bet is placed at erroneous odds, on a suspended market or as a result of a technical fault.

7.2 Odds. All odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise indicated. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Live-betting odds fluctuate in real time and the odds at which a bet is struck are those displayed at the precise moment the bet is accepted by the system.

7.3 Market Settlement. Markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant football or combat sports authority. 99ad reserves the right to delay or void settlement where there is a dispute regarding the official result.

7.4 Voiding of Bets. Bets may be voided by 99ad at its reasonable discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: market suspension prior to the event starting, manifest pricing errors, event cancellation or abandonment without a conclusive result, or evidence of match manipulation.

7.5 Multiple Bets and Accumulators. Accumulator and parlay bets are settled on the basis of all selections being correct. If a single selection within an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated as if that selection were not included. Payout calculations are final once confirmed by the settlement system.

7.6 Responsible Staking. 99ad strongly recommends that all users apply responsible staking principles. Stakes should be proportionate to your total available bankroll. We provide deposit and loss limit tools in your account settings to support responsible staking behaviour.

8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on the 99ad platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable cash. Before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full. Wagering requirements, eligible games and contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified timeframe will be forfeited without recourse.

8.4 Abuse of Bonuses. 99ad reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, void associated winnings and suspend or close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, use of arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus terms, or any other pattern of play designed to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational intent.

8.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 99ad reserves the right to amend, suspend, discontinue or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including where continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to regulatory requirements or commercially unsustainable. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.

8.6 Illustrative Amounts. Any PKR amounts quoted in promotional materials (e.g., "PKR 1,000 referral credit", "PKR 25,000 welcome package") are illustrative examples unless explicitly confirmed as live offers. Actual bonus values are determined at the time of the specific promotion and are subject to the qualifying conditions specified therein.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ad platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balance and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or the applicable minimum age.
• Using the platform in breach of a self-exclusion agreement.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade AML detection or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Manipulating markets, exploiting technical errors, using automated betting software, bots or scripts not authorised by 99ad.
• Colluding with other users to exploit promotional offers or game outcomes.
• Placing bets on the basis of insider information relating to sports events, including match-fixing or spot-fixing arrangements.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies or other technical means.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing members of the 99ad support team or other users.

All content on the 99ad platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, audio clips, data compilations and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of 99ad or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 99ad platform without prior written consent.

All trademarks, service marks and trade names displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence in respect of any trademark or service mark.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99ad and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings or reputational damage.

11.2 99ad does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

11.3 Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. 99ad does not guarantee any winnings, outcomes or returns. You acknowledge and accept the financial risks associated with gambling activities before placing any bet.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

99ad is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following provisions form part of our operating principles and your obligations as a user.

12.1 Self-Assessment. You are encouraged to regularly assess your gambling behaviour. If you find that gambling is no longer recreational — if you are chasing losses, gambling with money you cannot afford to lose, or if gambling is affecting your relationships, work or mental wellbeing — please make use of the tools available in your account or visit our Responsible Gambling page.

12.2 Account Tools. The following tools are available to all registered users through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely restrict your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable during the exclusion period.

12.3 Minor Protection. 99ad implements age verification measures as part of the KYC process. If you believe a minor may have accessed your account, contact support immediately. We recommend using device-level parental controls as an additional safeguard.

99ad reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently updated. You are advised to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Users are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding the application of these Terms within their own jurisdiction.

In respect of Pakistani users: participation in online gambling may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation. 99ad does not make any representation regarding the legality of use of its services under Pakistani law. Compliance with applicable local law is entirely your responsibility.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's applicable licence terms. Nothing herein limits any mandatory legal rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
